This manga combines two of my favorite fantasy elements:

LitRPG (role playing game lit, character is in a video game, video game elements are incorporated into a magic system, etc)

Sims

I know this is not the EA sims, but I am a huge Sims fan and this is pretty close to it.

This is definitely for adults as there are explicit scenes and it begins with a shocking one.

Overall this is wonderful.
