What I loved:

-The writing style.
-The cover
-This was a fun thriller read

What prevented this from being a 5 star book for me

-I did not feel myself getting invested in the story or caring about the plot as much as I would have liked
-The multiple time periods of before and after is something I am not the biggest fan of.
-Heavy focus on the party throughout the book lost my interest. I believe this just isn’t the book for me.

This is around a 200 page book on my ebook, which is also shorter for me than a typical read, so I do not have a lot of feedback.
